Pennsylvania spends $14 million clearing roadside trash. One York man is doing it himself.

York Daily Record – Tyler Snelbaker and his wife, Kayla, chose their century-old home in the City of York, in part, because of the neighborhood’s charm and its proximity to green space. Farquhar Park and Kiwanis Lake are a short stroll from their Lincoln Street home. In fact, they love their space so much that they’re afraid the secret of their perfect neighborhood will leak. “We’ve been trying to keep it on the down-low,” Tyler said, smiling. That’s why Tyler wants to de-clutter it, to free it from the blanket of trash that threatens its beauty.
